The fruit is loaded with vitamin C and antioxidants and is excellent for healthy hair growth. Mix 2 teaspoons of lemon juice with 2 teaspoons of amla juice. Apply the mix on the scalp and leave it to dry for 1.5-2 hours. Wash off with a mild shampoo.

Garlic – Garlic is one of the most well-known remedies to promote hair growth. It contains allicin that is excellent to treat hair loss and is also good to treat scalp fungus. It also helps to increase circulation in the scalp and regenerate hair growth. Boil 6 to 7 garlic cloves with olive oil and apply the mix to your hair roots. Do this at least thrice a week to see some noticeable improvement.

 

Comprising antioxidants, it is excellent to fight off free radicals. It also works to increase oxygen in the body and improves blood circulation in the scalp. To use, massage your scalp with the oil and leave it overnight. Wash off with a mild shampoo the next day to get smooth and silky hair.

Lemon juice – It is an age old remedy for scalp and hair issues. Loaded with various nutrients like Vitamin C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, antioxidants and folic acid, it is one of the best natural remedies to treat hair growth.
